May Arts is my favorite manufacturer of ribbon and I must say, I own a lot. But is there such a thing as too much ribbon? I think NOT. So today I'm sharing with you a few projects I've created using different types of ribbons. 2 which you have not seen and a favorite of mine that you may have. So here we go.
This first project, I created when I was on the Really Reasonable Ribbon team and to this day, my little girl loves wearing this. It is an easy thing to create and I will be making many more of them to come.I used 3 colors of grosgrain ribbon to create the headband.
Next up, a Canvas I created using lace, embossing powders and chipboard. This canvas is an 8 x 10 piece and the lace is used to add color and accent to the rest of the piece.
Last, I've got a fun video tutorial to share with you where I created a Faux Marble Frame. Bakers Twine is a huge trend right now and has been for a while. The quick and simple double bow is perfect for finishing off any project.
Here is a photo of the finished project for you.
You can find a few other ribbon posts about ribbon that I've done like This Easter Tree . Then there is this Ribbons Border tutorial I did for Gingersnap Creations
Thanks so much for stopping by today. If you haven't seen some of the beautiful ribbons and trims May Arts carries, go take a gander at Ribbonista Heaven. Some beautiful products are there for certain.
Until next time
