Hi Everyone and welcome to the February Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop. We are so amazingly grateful to be pairing up with Sparkle N Sprinkle today for some great fun. If you have been following along, you should have hopped here from Sandy's blog. If you haven't, please please please pop over to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog and hop along. The Design Team from Sparkle N Sprinkle have created some amazing projects to go along with our own awesome teams spring inspiration creations.
This month everyone received the wonderful February Ribbon Kit, filled with the perfect trims and ribbons for those cheery Springtime projects. Lots of great pastels to match up with some amazingly beautiful glitters, flocking, stamps and embossing powders from Sparkle N Sprinkle. . If you love using great glitter and embossing powders, check out this place. I absolutely LOVE the color choices and the stamps leave the perfect images.
For my creation, I used the stamp set Dark Tulip and paired it with Mimosa Sparkle N Soft Flocking,Carnation , Parisian Mist and Raspberry Soda Glitter. The trim that I used is the beautiful lace trim from the February Ribbon Kit. But isn't that a white lace in the kit you say? Yes it is. I dyed it with Viva Pink Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist to match the card perfectly. Purdy ain't she!!!
Now here is a little close up so you can truly see the beauty in the glitters and the dyed lace. I painted the stamped image with Glimmer Mists and Distress inks. The pattern paper is from Websters Pages and the cardstock is the super yummy Gemstone Collection from Core'dinations.
I so love how this card turned out. It all came together with Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive, Zapdots and 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. Let me know what you think. I haven't done stamping in a while, and after using these stamps, I've made a pact to stamp more. Now it is time for you to hop back to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog. Make sure that you have left a comment here and every stop along the way. Thank you so very much for stopping by today and thank you Sparkle N Sprinkle for partnering up with us at Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Until next time
