Hi Everyone and happy Monday to all of you. Today I've got another project for you using the Something Fishy stamp set from Firecracker Designs by Pamela. This set is truly so versatile and I love all the little stamps that come with it. For this card, I've actually used the tails of the large fish to create a flower and I'm simply head over heels with how it turned out.
First I sprayed a white piece of cardstock with Vintage Pink and Candy Apple Red Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. Then I stamped the tail part of the fish 10 times with black ink. I glued the first 5 directly to the card front using Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. Then I fanned out the next five and attached them all with a antique brad.
I think this is my favorite project I have created for my guest spot with Firecracker Designs by Pamela.
Stop by again next monday for another creation for my Guest Designer spot with Firecracker Designs by Pamela

Wow what a stunning card, love how you used the fishy tails as the flower and LOVE Glimmer Mist, I always forget to use it, will have to go drag that out.
ReplyDeleteVery creative- I LOVE what you have done here- the flower is awesome and I love the colors you used- and bet the shimmer IRl is even better yet! Thanks again for guest designing at FCD! I cannot wait to see what you come up with next!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun flower! Very funky!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see how you can take a stamp and do something completely different with it than what it was originally intended for. It always amazes me what people come up with.
