Friday already, Man how this week has flown. Great week at that. Wednesday was weigh in, and after 5 weeks of plateau, I am on the losing side again. 4.8 pounds is gone and I love it. What a great feeling when things are working and you know what you need to do to stay successful.
Today I've got a little piece of chipboard that I've painted up for a card made for Magistical Memories. The July challenge is to use red and white polka dots. I think this card is a little Betty Boop"ish" don't you?
I used the Cheer chipboard shape and painted it with paint dauber in Pearl and Pitch Black. Then I added the polka dot paper to the back side using Helmar Premium Craft Glue. This glue is now officially my go to glue. I use it for all my layering and think Why did I use double sided tape before??? lol.
The flower is made from Jenni Bowlin's mini deck and I love how it turned out. I used some 450 Quick Dry Adhesive to set it in place.
Make sure you enter this months challenge for your chance to win some beautiful chipboard from Magistical Memories. This Chipboard is the best I've used.
This card is based on the Quirky Crafts sketch challenge this week
