Here is a different card for you all today. I decided to go hard or go home, and am still wondering if I should have gone home lol. This card was based on a previous CPS sketch challenge with a few changes along the way. The card itself is Very Vanilla that I stamped with versamark and embossed. Then sprayed the entire card with Tiger Lily Glimmer Mist to creat my own little piece of design paper heaven. So far so good. Added some flourishes on the black label 1 CS, and the ribbon. Now this is where I banged my head against the desk for a bit. I made the large flourish myself from an old waffle box and painted it with Ranger Adirondack Snow Cap (which you can purchase over at Pez-A-Doodles), then adhered a green, orange and black mix of sequins. I've never used sequins in a project ACK!!! The center flower is stamped, cut out and glimmer misted 4 times to give it stiffness and a super copper finish.
Hope this card is enjoyed by you all, it was a daunting one for me to create. But if I am not willing to step outside my comfort zone, I'll become...boring *snort*

NICE! I especially like the resist effect. It might have been a little out your comfort zone, but so worth it! Just shows your artwork is going from strength to strength!

Erika this is such an incredible style. I know for sure that I would have never been able to create anything near this! OMword, you have done such a wonderful job balancing out all the elements. Can I say that you had me at waffle box? I am a crazy recycler so I love it when crafters repurpose stuff for their creations. This is beautiful!
