Autumn Mojo and a Few Things to Share

Fall has definitely grabbed hold of my Mojo lately. The autumn palette is truly stunning and creating I have been. I received a beautiful Fairy image from Robyn's Fetish and decided to make her an Autumn Faerie. This image is painted using Glimmer Mist. The skin is colored in Copic, but other than that, Tattered Angels has taken this faerie from white to WOW!!! It is also my challenge card for the Fall theme challenge going on right now at the Reasonable Ribbon Blog.

This next card is one of my favorites right now. Filled with 7 Gypsies papers and a beautiful Black 1.5" wrinkle ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon. It is my last card as a design team member over at Raise the Bar. Just a little shout out to Joni.... Thank you soooooo very much.

I also have a bunch of news to share with you. I'm beyond blessed to be on so many wonderful design teams and I have two more to add to the list. Both of these are absolutely wonderful and I can't believe that I was selected out of numerous candidate for the "job".

Guest Designer for Fire Cracker Designs by Pamela

Happy October everyone. I am so thrilled that I have been asked to be a guest designer for Firecracker Designs by Pamela for the month of October. When I got the email asking if I would be interested, I think I let out a little squeal. There is just something so beautiful about great quality rubber stamps, and although I don't stamp half as often as I should, the wonderful stamps that I received, have got my stamping Mojo running.

Firecracker Designs by Pamela have had some amazing Guest Designers in the past so when I saw names like Stef Hughs, Lynn Stevens and Lisa Somerville (these three are 3 of my favoritest stampers ever), I just knew that I had to take the opportunity.

I have 4 projects that I've created using the Something Fishy set and I hope that you all enjoy them.

My first project is a simple tag that I made using the large fish in the Something Fishy Set and distress inks. I finished the kissy fishies with some stickles.

I added a little bit of white gel pen for definition and finished the tag with a great ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon called Kaleidoscope Hand Dyed Silk. Isn't she a sweet tag?

Take a look over at Firecracker Designs by Pamela for some amazing prices on some of the best quality rubber stamps out there.

I'll have more Firecracker Designs by Pamela creations next monday, so pop on back to see them.

Butterflies Card/Tag set

Welcome to the weekend everyone. Hop you have a relaxing and enjoyable few days ahead of you.

Today I've got a card/tag set to share with you that I created using a bunch of Urban Lily papers. They are available at Scrap-tastic. For these two pieces I used a bunch of different collections and did a lot of fussy cutting and gluing lol.

The ribbon is one of my all time favorites from Really Reasonable Ribbon called Echinacea Hand-Dyed silk. Love Love Love this ribbon and its cousins in a great selection of colors.

Here is the card first. I added a little bit of red stickles to give it that little POP!

Then I paired this card up with a matching tag. I love how this one turned out. If you haven't guessed it already, I love butterflies lol. Does it show? hehe. The card has a base of an ATC card from the Flirtatious kit I love using these precut ATC's for tags, cards and layouts.

The black and white with that bit of color sure looks purdy. I'll give you 3 guesses how I got all that dimension on the card and tag. Can we say Liquid Scrapdots??? Yup, you know you just gotta try some.

Don't forget that I've got a blog candy going on right now. You can find all the information HERE. I am pretty sure there is going to be some of this delish hand dyed silk ribbon in the prize and a little bit of Urban Lily too.

Thanks for stopping by today. Tomorrow our closest friends and us are driving to a great spot for a picnic and some fun. I'll take my camera along and see if my photo skills show up.
