Scrapbook Star Distress Stickles Tutorial

Card Patterns, TPE and Squigglyfly challenge

Bonjour everyone and happy Wednesday. Half way through the week and I've got another triple challenge card for you. This card is created using the Card Patterns sketch this week. I hopped on over to Squigglefly for the first time, and used their Black and White color challenge. Then to round it out, I did the Pink Elephant "Dots, Punch and Tag" Challenge.

I absolutely love love love this stamp from Hearts in Touch. Talk about magical and full of whimsy. I stamped the image on a great paper from Stampin up, then heat embossed with white powder. Love how that turned out. For the flower, I zig zagged some pearl strands on top of the large flower then adhered the smaller one on top. Finishing with a few pearls.

Mojo Create Order of the Opus

Now there is a mouthful and this card has about as many challenges wrapped into it. I used the sketch from Mojo Monday (one of my favorite sketch sites), added color from the Color Create challenge, and finished it off with Bling for the Order of the Opus Gluie Challenge ( a challenge site I've just found, and quite enjoy the humor there).
I haven't done a challenge card in so long, that it feels great just to create for the sake of creating. The stamp is an About Art Accent stamp, and if you love fairies, Annette has some beautiful ones. I so hope you like it.

Hearts in Touch Sketch Challenge

Oh how I love Hearts in Touch stamps. Yes partially because I'm on the design team, but have you ever stamped with these things??? They give the most beautiful impressions and the photo stamps are absolutely like "butta" to stamp with. Today's card is a card I created for the Sketch challenge that HIT is having right now. and a great sketch it is. The image is from the Valentine plate which is chalk full of wonderful love images.
